How to Tie a Zeppelin Loop Knot

  1. Tie an Overhand Knot.
  2. Pass the working end through the upper loop of the knot.
  3. Pass it over the loop.
  4. Pass it through the lower loop of the knot.
  5. Tighten by pulling the standing end and the loop.
TIP

If you pass the rope through the loop twice at the end, you’ll get the Double Zeppelin Loop. This is more secure than the single tuck version.
